The "one account per person" rule applies across all household members, IP addresses, devices, payment methods, and email addresses. If Gopek178 determines that a Member holds or has held more than one Account — whether simultaneously or sequentially — the duplicate Accounts may be closed, and all balances associated with them may be forfeited.

You must promptly update your Account information if any of these details change. Gopek178 is not liable for any loss arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or any two-factor authentication codes with any other person. Gopek178 will not be responsible for losses incurred as a result of your Account being accessed by an unauthorised third party where such access results from your failure to adequately protect your login credentials.

It is your responsibility to ascertain whether your use of the Gopek178 Platform is lawful in your country of residence. Gopek178 does not accept registrations from individuals in Restricted Territories. Accessing the Platform from a Restricted Territory — including through the use of a VPN or proxy service to mask your true location — is a material breach of these Terms and will result in Account termination and forfeiture of all associated funds.
Gopek178 is required by its licensing obligations and internal anti-money laundering ("AML") policies to verify the identity, age, and payment method ownership of every Member before processing withdrawals and at various other trigger points during the Member's activity on the Platform.

Withdrawal requests will be placed on hold until KYC is satisfactorily completed. Deposits made via e-wallet channels (Touch 'n Go, Boost, GrabPay) and DuitNow are credited to your Account balance instantly upon successful confirmation from the payment provider. Deposits via FPX bank transfer are typically credited within 5 to 15 minutes. USDT deposits are converted to MYR equivalent at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of deposit. Withdrawal requests are processed by Gopek178's finance team 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The majority of approved withdrawals to e-wallet and DuitNow channels are completed within 5 to 15 minutes of approval. FPX bank transfer withdrawals are processed within the same business banking windows as the receiving bank's settlement schedule, typically within 1 to 2 hours during standard business hours.

By claiming any bonus or participating in any promotion, you confirm that you have read and accepted the specific terms of that promotion. In all cases, these general Terms and Conditions shall also apply.
Unless stated otherwise in the promotion-specific terms, all bonus funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement. This requirement specifies the total value of wagers that must be placed using the bonus funds (or bonus funds plus deposit, as the case may be) before the resulting balance becomes eligible for withdrawal. All bets are subject to acceptance by Gopek178. We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any bet at our discretion, including where: the bet is placed on an event where the outcome is already known; the odds offered were materially incorrect due to a technical or human error; or the betting patterns of the Member suggest match-fixing, arbitrage, or other forms of betting integrity abuse.
In-play (live) betting markets are subject to a brief processing delay to allow for data verification. Bets placed during live events are accepted at the odds displayed at the precise moment of bet confirmation, not at the time the bet slip was first opened. Gopek178 is not liable for discrepancies arising from network latency on the Member's end.
Bets are settled based on the official result of the relevant sporting event as determined by the relevant governing body or official competition organiser. In the event of a dispute regarding the result, Gopek178 will await the official result from the authoritative source before settling. Abandoned, postponed, or incomplete events are settled in accordance with the sport-specific rules detailed in the sportsbook rules section of the Platform.

Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to: reproduce, copy, distribute, or publish any content from the Platform; create derivative works based on any Platform content; use any Platform content for commercial purposes; or frame, mirror, or scrape any portion of the Platform.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. Gopek178 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or harmful components. Where jurisdictions do not permit the exclusion of implied warranties, the above exclusions apply only to the extent permitted by law.
Gopek178 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate any Member Account, with or without prior notice, in the event of: a breach or suspected breach of these Terms; a KYC verification failure or refusal; suspected fraud, money laundering, or bonus abuse; a legal or regulatory obligation requiring us to cease providing services to a specific user; or any other circumstances in which we reasonably determine that continued operation of the Account poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform or to our regulatory standing.
Members may request the closure of their Account at any time by contacting our support team via Live Chat or at [email protected]. Before closing your Account, please ensure that any remaining Balance has been withdrawn to your registered payment method. Gopek178 will process your Account closure request within 5 business days. Note that if you are requesting self-exclusion, this is treated as a separate process from standard account closure and has different re-registration restrictions.
Upon termination of an Account for any reason, any real-money Balance remaining in the Account will be returned to the Member via their registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC or compliance requirements.
